DinerMO Inventory
There is a host of benefits awaiting you by enabling your system with DinerMO Stock Inventory!
From the DinerMO System you simply log into the stock Inventory management console, this enables
you to setup your Suppliers and Stock.
The Suppliers and Stock Screen is divided into four sub sections. The four sections are as follow:
- Suppliers Administration
- Storage and Bin
- Unit and Category
- Stock Item Administration
- Purchases and Receivables
Automated Purchase Orders
The DinerMO stock management module can generate purchase orders automatically (or manually) using
preset values for minimum stock levels and/or projected stock usage.
Purchase Order
- Purchase Orders (Details): A full list of all purchase items grouped by suppliers.
- Purchase Orders (Summary): A list of all purchase orders grouped by suppliers.
- Delivery Details: All purchase items delivery history grouped by suppliers.
- Back Orders: All back orders grouped by suppliers.
- Amended: All amended purchase orders grouped by suppliers.
- Undelivered: All undelivered purchase orders grouped by suppliers.
- Cancelled: All cancelled purchase orders grouped by suppliers.
- Complete: All completed purchase orders grouped by suppliers.
Products
- Consumption (Details): A full list of all products consumed history grouped by products.
- Consumption (Summary): A summary of all products consumed history grouped by products.
- Full Products Transactions: A full list of all products transactions grouped by products.
- Product Purchase: A purchase history of all products grouped by products.
- Product Suppliers: A list of suppliers grouped by products.
- Suppliers Product: A list of products grouped by suppliers.
- Product Storage Location: A list of storage locations grouped by products.
- Storage Location Product: A list of products grouped by storage locations.
- Location Count Sheet: A count sheet for product by storage location.
